When your registrants run out, registration stays open for 10% of your last pack, up to 50 more people. Then your public form pauses until you top up.
Bulk email to people not registered for your event is limited to 500 a week, or 2,000 once you’ve topped up.

Do guests need to download an app?
No. Camoji runs in the browser. Guests register through your event link and get a QR pass straight away, and they can add Camoji to their home screen if they want it one tap away.
Do guests need an account?
Not to register or check in. A free account is what unlocks who to meet, and it keeps everyone they connect with in their contacts.
How does Camoji decide who I should meet?
It looks at the role, industry and interests on your profile, and at what you say you’re looking for and can offer at this event. Those answers shape your suggestions and are never shown to other attendees.
What happens when two people connect?
Each of you is saved in the other’s contacts, along with the event you met at, so following up later takes seconds.
Do I need special hardware to check guests in?
No. Any phone with a camera scans passes at the door, and guests can check themselves in by scanning the event’s code.
What does the free plan include?
150 business-card scans and 150 AI credits. It’s a lifetime allowance that never resets. Standard ($7 a month) gives you 300 scans and 300 AI credits every month; unused allowance doesn’t roll over.
How does pricing work for organisers?
Pay as you go, with no subscription. Each organisation can claim one free starter of 150 registrants, with a verified email and a phone number. After that, a Pack adds 700 registrants for $70 and a Small pack adds 300 for $40. Each also gives you 300 AI credits of your own. Balances add up and never expire. To top up, email iqbal@camoji.io.
