Terms of Service

1. The service
Camoji is a contact-management and outreach tool: you collect contacts (forms, card scanning, imports), organize them into campaigns, and send follow-up emails. By creating an account or using Camoji you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Camoji to send spam or unlawful communications, to violate applicable email and privacy laws (including CAN-SPAM and similar laws in your jurisdiction), to collect or process contact data without a lawful basis, or to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
4. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the contacts, forms, and messages you create in Camoji. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — storing your data, delivering the emails you send, and displaying your content back to you and your collaborators. How we handle personal data, including data from connected Google accounts, is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Connected services
If you connect a third-party account (such as Gmail), you authorize Camoji to use it only as described in the connection flow — for Gmail, sending email on your behalf. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Camoji is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using Camoji at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing teamcamoji@gmail.com, as described in our Privacy Policy.
